- Cutting of glass
In spite of fact that today's technology enables completely automatic cutting process of all possible shapes of glass, it is still necessary also manual work.
- Grinding of glass
Grinding machines which we use currently enable very flexible quantity of glass grinded, from few pieces and up to very large quantity of glass plates. There are different grinded edges possible and by this also the maximal size of the glass plate which can be grinded depends on.
- Drilling of glass
- Hardening of glass
Procedure for hardening is performed in two phases: heating of glass up to the glass mellow temperature after which quick cooling follows. Pre-machining of glass (cutting, grinding, drilling…) must be performed before the hardening procedure. Each later machining is impossible. Hardened can be glass plates of thickness from 4 to 15 mm and sizes from do 2100*3900 mm. Glass is hardened according to all regulations and norms of current European legislation.
- Lacquering and screen-printing on glass. For surface colouring of glass we use two procedures: colouring with screen-printing and colouring with cylinder. Screen-printing enables us to print various motives and patterns on the glass. By colouring with cylinder method we bring colour in one cycle, equally on whole surface of the glass plate. We use different colour casts which are mixed in RAL scale, and it is also possible colouring of glass in sandblasting effect or etching glass in various casts.
Maximal size of printed glass is 1600*3000 mm
Maximal size of lacquered glass is limited by width of 1300 mm.

Our recent acquirement is new one-sided veneering machine by which we increased production capacities for veneering glass. We veneer also glass of irregular shape.

By help of CNC machines we can design glass plates according to any desire required by our customers and which is enabled by computer data processing and completely automated operation of CNC machines
